I have worked for Thornhill Insurance for 4 years. I really feel my opinions matter and we’re encouraged to think outside the box which enables us to support our clients in a way you wouldn’t get with any other business.

Every day is different in my role. New clients and products, familiar clients and faces. This is what has kept my job interesting, and me at Thornhill's, for over 30 years.

I always try to go the extra mile to ensure we offer the best service for our clients and always take the time to understand the individual needs of their business. I once climbed some scaffolding to just to obtain a signature from a busy client. I think that’s what you call personal service!
